Dome has also formed several funds in partnership with hedge fund managers. Since 1990, Antoine Bernheim has been the publisher of The U.S. Offshore Funds Directory and, from 1994 to 2004, Hedge Fund News, a quarterly industry newsletter. In 1995, he co-founded and became Chairman of Dome Securities Corp., a broker-dealer specializing in raising capital for a select group of hedge fund managers. Mr. Bernheim graduated from Ecole Polytechnique in Paris in 1975 and received a Master in Business Administration from Harvard Business School in 1977.
