Eiger Capital manages approximately $6 billion equivalent in leveraged credit and ABS portfolios through a number of vehicles, including a Structured Investment Vehicle (SIV) and Collateralised Debt Obligations (CDOs) which in aggregate cover the full spectrum of credit markets across all asset classes and ratings categories. Eiger Capital has never had any deal it manages, or any tranche of any deal it manages, downgraded or put on Watchlist or CreditWatch by the Rating Agencies. Eiger Capital manages the assets and liabilities of Orion Finance Corporation (OFC), a Structured Investment Vehicle. It issues commercial paper and medium term notes (senior debt) in the euro and US domestic markets to global investors and invests in high grade ABS and highly-rated bank and finance securities.
