MIL Equity Partners is a private Delaware Limited Partnership Fund that is investing in commercial real estate in emerging Eastern and key Central and Western European countries. Our primary focus is on EU Members. The Fund fulfills a Core Plus+ strategy with an Opportunistic and Value Added component, designed to achieve a diversified exposure through investing in balanced real estate portfolio. MIL is acquiring, leasing, owning, managing, and selling Class A & B buildings, retail centers, business parks, industrial and warehouse facilities, mixed-use properties, etc. The Fund is providing private equity and mezzanine capital to qualified joint venture partners with solid track record for acquisition and development (including new construction) of a variety of real estate assets. MIL is also participating in redevelopment and repositioning of assets directly or through joint ventures with clients who have the expertise in select markets or asset types, and who have delivered consistently superior returns to investors. The Fund is seeking opportunities to acquire properties and transform them into high quality assets by making tactical, higher returning investments. The General Partners of MIL provide all of the necessary management and staff functions. EquityInvest, LLC, Colliers International Hungary (Colliers), their affiliates, developers and property managers, are designated as General Partners. Due to Colliers entrenchment in the local markets, the Fund has an access at worthwhile properties. The general partnership and asset management agreements between MIL and Colliers create a unique, integrated converged system-network that enables the Fund to execute its business plan.
