Jundt Associates, Inc. was incorporated and became a registered investment adviser in December 1982. Initially, the firm managed large corporate pension plans and other tax-exempt money. In 1991, Jundt Associates created its first mutual fund, the Jundt Growth Fund. To date, this endeavor has grown into a family of four mutual funds: Jundt Growth Fund, Jundt U.S. Emerging Growth Fund, Jundt Opportunity Fund and Jundt Twenty-Five Fund. Our firm and products possess unique attributes which we believe not only distinguish us from our competitors but also help define and drive our reputation. To this end, our managers focus on growth companies whose ideas and technologies hold the potential to propel them through general macroeconomics ups and downs. From this list of dynamic and innovative U.S. companies we then pick 30-50 of what we believe to be the fastest growing among them. We currently own, or have owned in the past, stocks like Microsoft, Oracle, Home Depot, XM Satellite Radio, Wal-Mart, Cisco, and Starbucks which have all been growth leaders in their respective industries and have all been rewarded in the marketplace. While we cannot predict which companies will emerge as tomorrow’s stock-market darlings, we believe that our focus on growth companies at least exposes us to companies heading in the right direction.
